Our services

Child and adolescent mental health

Getting help early for mental health problems in childhood and adolescence is vital to ensure development into happy and healthy adults. I work collaboratively with children, adolescents and their families to help everyone get their mental health back on track.

Parenting

Parenting is a skill that can always be refined. As much as we love our children, there are times they are confusing, challenging and sometimes straight up infuriating. I have been working with parents of infants, children and adolescents for 16 years to help refine their skills to manage difficult behaviours and create a more harmonious family life. Get in contact to learn how I may be able to assist you.

Perinatal mental health

Transitions to parenthood can be both the most jubilant and tumultuous period of our lives. Navigating the changes isn’t always easy. Talk to me about how I can help with perinatal anxiety, depression, identity, fertility issues and grief and loss.

Clinical supervision and training

As a clinical psychologist with board approved supervisor status, I have years of experience providing primary and secondary supervision to provisionally registered psychologists and clinical psychology registrars at the Child Behaviour Research Clinic at the University of Sydney. I am able to offer ongoing supervision to meet registration and registrar requirements and also offer specialist supervision for severe child behaviour problems. I am also available to run workshops and guest lectures for universities, schools and allied health practices.

Fees

My rate is $250 for a 50-minute consultation and $320 for an initial 80-minute assessment session. This is lower than the Australian Psychological Society's recommended rate for Clinical Psychology, which in 2022 – 2023 is $280 for a 50-minute session with the initial assessment fee of $406 for an 80-minute session.

You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $131.65 per session for up to 10 sessions with a Mental Health Care Plan when referred by your GP. Rebates are available for those with eligible private health funds. Please contact me for more information about rebates and referrals. It can be complicated and I’m here to help navigate the system.
